PLEASE NOTE: Fall Seminar 2021 is a live, in-person event. No courses from this event will be offered in a virtual format now or in the future.

COVID-19 Recommendations: The MOA is following the current CDC recommendation for vaccinated individuals to mask up indoors if you are in a place with "substantial" or "high" coronavirus transmission. Click here to learn more about Ingham County COVID transmission rates. The recommendation for people who are unvaccinated remains the same: always mask up indoors in public places. We will provide masks to all attendees.

Lunch both days will be individually boxed to prevent transmission. Wednesday's lunch will be a sandwich option and Thursday's lunch will be a salad option.

Registration: Registration and check-in will take place Wednesday & Thursday beginning at 7:00am in the main concourse of the Lansing Center. Please pick-up your name badge and materials prior to entering your first lecture for the day. Please allow an extra 15-20 minutes for travel time and parking. We cannot give credit if you are late for a course due to parking. Click here for a map and parking information. Parking is $10 per car, per day. It is an automated system where you pay on exit.

OE Tracker: The OE Tracker mobile app has changed! Due to these changes, you must update your OE Tracker app to the most recent version in order to use it to scan QR codes. The MOA highly encourages the use of the OE Tracker app to track your own COPE CE courses on your iPhone or Android. If you have not used the app before please visit ARBO prior to attending Fall Seminar, click here to learn more and for instructions.

MOA will still provide "traditional" hand scanning. If you are using the traditional method, you will need to be scanned IN and OUT of each lecture. If you are using the mobile app, the codes will be located on the table at the back of the room at the end of each lecture.
